Job Description

Small Litigation Support Services company seeks to fill a part-time position for a Records Retrieval Admin. 
Duties include processing requests for records, follow up and coordinating the acquisition of medical records for our clients, as well as clerical and administrative duties ie: answering phones, sending faxes, preparing and sending emails, scanning & making copies, etc. 

Days: Monday - Friday;

Hours flexible between 10-6:30 or 7pm 

Good working knowledge of: MS Word, Outlook & Excel, general office equipment

Will train right candidate
