What will you be doing for this in-office position?

• Accurately process vendor invoices including matching packing slips, obtaining approval for payment, general ledger coding, and data entry into accounting software.
• Process and manage invoices integrated with practice management software (Cerner).
• Assist in the processing of weekly checks and ACH payments.
• Review expense reports and requests for reimbursement.
• Assist with vendor set up and maintain vendor relationships.
• Reconcile vendor statements to ensure all invoices have been received and processed.
• Open and organize accounts payable mail.
• Run accounts payable reports.
• Assist with 1099 preparation.
• Other accounting projects as needed.

Job Requirements:

• 1-3 years working in accounts payable
• Integrity and honesty
• Strong attention to detail
• Proven ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Sensitivity to confidential matters and information
• Knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Multiview and Cerner experience preferred but not required
• Knowledge of general accounting/bookkeeping

• Accounts Payable: 2 years (Required)
