As a Remote Researcher at Walbunn Tech Pro, you will play a vital role in supporting our teams with accurate, timely, and strategic insights. You’ll work independently to collect, evaluate, and present findings across different sectors including technology, healthcare, business development, and customer support operations.

This position is fully remote and includes a 30-day training period to help you become fully equipped and confident in your role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct online research across business, tech, healthcare, and administrative industries

• Analyze and organize findings into summaries, briefs, or actionable recommendations

• Monitor market trends, competitors, and innovations in client-relevant sectors

• Provide support for internal reporting and client presentations

• Cross-check data for accuracy and source credibility

• Coordinate with internal teams to refine research goals and deliverables

• Maintain logs of research sources and data collection methods

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Technology, Social Sciences, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• Strong research and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail

• Ability to work independently in a deadline-driven remote environment

• Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and web-based research platforms

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Prior experience working remotely or in a virtual team environment preferred
