What You’ll Do:
Hunt New Logos: Prospect and qualify mid-market & enterprise accounts in Healthcare, RCM, and ARM via cold outreach, social selling, and events.
Sell AI-Driven Solutions: Demo and position our communication solutions UCaaS, predictive dialer, conversational AI agents, chat, text/SMS, and multi-channel automation to showcase ROI and efficiency gains.
Own the Full Sales Cycle: From initial discovery through proposal and close—using our proven playbook to deliver a frictionless experience.
Leverage AI to Multiply Impact: Use AI-powered tools (sequences, enrichment, chatbots) in your daily workflow to maximize outreach and productivity.
Collaborate & Co-Create: Partner with marketing, design, and product to build pitch decks, one-pagers, and digital campaigns that resonate.
Optimize the Buyer Journey: Align with SDRs, Customer Success, and Channel Partners to ensure seamless handoffs and customer delight.
Drive Results & Reporting: Hit or exceed monthly/quarterly quotas; maintain clean pipeline and forecasts in Salesforce.
Voice of the Customer: Deliver market intelligence back to Product and Marketing to shape roadmap, messaging, and collateral.
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven hunter mindset and new-logo wins.
Passion for, and savvy with, AI tools—both as part of your sales toolkit and as the core of our product offering.
Comfort demoing complex, AI-powered platforms and translating technical differentiators into business value.
Process-driven: rigorous CRM hygiene, forecasting discipline, and metrics-based decision making.
Excellent communicator and negotiator, adept at executive-level conversations.
Self-starter with resilience in outreach, curiosity to learn new AI capabilities, and a collaborative spirit.
