Rightsize Facility, a trailblazer in workspace transformation, is seeking a dynamic VP of Revenue to lead revenue creation across office furniture and facility service verticals. This role is built for a strategic thinker and team builder who thrives on generating opportunities, nurturing relationships, and empowering top talent.
As VP of Revenue of Ops, you will shape and execute go-to-market strategies, drive new business development, and collaborate with a high-performing team of Workplace Solutions Managers and Designers to deliver best-in-class solutions for clients across the country. You’ll also be entrusted to build and mentor your own sales unit, comprised of business development reps and subject matter experts, to extend the reach and performance of Rightsize’s commercial interior service offerings.

The Sales Director at Rightsize Facility is a senior leadership role responsible for owning the top of the revenue funnel and driving profitable growth through strategic business development, account management, and team leadership. This individual is a proactive revenue leader who will generate new opportunities, deepen key client relationships, and inspire a results-oriented sales culture.

Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Leadership
Own and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue targets across furniture, design, labor, and facility services.
Oversee the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to close and handoff to delivery teams.
Partner with executive leadership to forecast growth, identify pipeline gaps, and improve win rates.
Business Development
Spearhead outbound prospecting, networking, and strategic partnerships to drive new client acquisition.
Establish relationships with key commercial real estate influencers (brokers, landlords, A&D firms, general contractors).
Leverage data, CRM tools, and marketing campaigns to create a consistent flow of qualified opportunities.
Account Management & Growth
Act as executive sponsor for high-value and strategic client accounts.
Lead upsell, cross-sell, and renewal strategies for Rightsize’s broad suite of workplace services.
Ensure long-term client satisfaction and retention through thoughtful engagement.
Team Building & Talent Development
Build and lead a high-performance team of:
Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to generate leads and qualify prospects.
Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) focused on verticals like office furniture, logistics, and workplace solutions.
Mentor and coach Workplace Solutions Managers (WSMs) in sales execution and client strategy.
Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Preferred Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in commercial interiors, office furniture, facility services, or real estate.
Proven track record of generating and converting B2B opportunities.
Skilled in team building, coaching, and performance management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
CRM and pipeline management experience (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Strong understanding of the B2B project sales cycle, especially in commercial real estate environments.
