Job Details

Our Client is seeking an EHSS Specialist for its Louisville, KY site. This resource will be tasked with the development and / or oversight of EHSS related programs for the site. Programs include but are not limited to:

• Ergonomics
• Contractor Safety
• Risk Management
• Hazardous Gas/Pressure Safety
• Chemical Management
• Audits and Inspections
• Others as assigned

As a core member of the site EHS team, the candidate will be expected to interact frequently with internal clients, be action oriented, and spend time on the floor engaged in the operations of the facility. The candidate should be able to implement, manage, and monitor aspects of EHS programs at the site level and manage competing priorities on a routine basis. This role will have responsibilities across the Environment, Health, and Safety functional areas.
