Job Details

We have a Porter/Groundskeeper position available for an apartment community located in Parker, Colorado! Starting ASAP.

The porter understands and can work independently to maintain meticulous cleanliness of grounds, common areas, stairwells, hallways, models, offices, and recreation areas. Successful candidates should be able to demonstrate an awareness of personal strengths, areas for improvement and act independently to improve and increase skills and knowledge.

The ideal candidate will possess knowledge and experience as follows:

• Trash pick-up daily
• Clean trash area daily
• Pull weeds weekly
• Sweep halls at least once a week
• Sweep curbs twice a week
• Check hall lights once a week
• Water grounds every day in season
• Check-in and out for lunch, leaving the property, etc.
• Vacuum/rake leaves as needed
• Help clean common areas, apartments when needed
• Help with maintenance as needed
• Assist and support Maintenance Supervisor as requested

Job Requirements:

• Must have reliable transportation to get to work.
• Previous multifamily or commercial property cleaning experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift 30lb, perform pushing, pulling, and climbing activities.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.

Pay Rate:

• $18.00/hr-$20.00/hr (Depending on experience)
• Weekly pay
