Once Upon A Time Home Health is currently seeking Full-time, Part-time and PRN Therapist  to work in the Pediatric Home Health environment. Therapist will work in San Antonio and surrounding areas. Experience in Home Health is preferred, but not required. Bilingual a plus, Caseloads are immediately available. Top pay & benefits for the right candidate.

Requirements:

· Possess a current Therapy license in the State of Texas appropriate for the discipline you are applying for (SLP, SLPA or COTA)

· CPR certification

· Valid driver’s license

· Auto liability insurance

· Clear background check

· Reliable transportation

· Meet I9 qualifications (approved to work in the USA)

Once Upon A Time currently uses KanTime (EMR) for all documentation purposes.
