Job Description

Budget Blinds of Lakeshore is looking for a motivated, hands-on Window Treatment Installer to join our growing team! We’re a leading provider of custom window coverings, and we need someone who enjoys working with tools, solving problems, and providing great customer service.

Compensation & Benefits:

$23/hour starting pay and monthly phone stipend

What You’ll Do:

Install blinds, shades, shutters, and other window treatments
Measure windows accurately to ensure perfect fit
Troubleshoot mechanical and tech-related issues on-site
Provide excellent customer service in homes and businesses
Maintain organized, clean work vehicle and tools

What We’re Looking For:

Handy with hand and power tools
Comfortable on ladders and lifting up to 50 lbs
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Valid driver's license and clean driving record (Required)
Must pass a background check
Prior installation or handyman experience preferred, but training provided
