Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to join our client's growing team. The ideal candidates will oversee projects primarily along the I-85 corridor (with Concord to Raleigh being the sweet spot), though their reach extends to Southern Virginia, South Carolina, and the Coast. The Triangle area, especially, is a growing hub.

Scopes of Projects

• Project values ranging from $200Kto $30M (or more)
• The vast majority of work is with a repeat client base
• Projects may include:
• Industrial upfits
• Federal work
• Medical
• Higher education
• …and other general commercial construction

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent
• Self-perform capabilities preferred
• Experience managing projects of various scopes and sizes (ideally at least $10M+)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients
• Adaptability to work across different project types
• Willingness to travel within the service area
• Team player mentality that aligns with their family-oriented culture
