Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Construction Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of school construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing educational facility constructions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all phases of school construction projects from inception to completion.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and school district officials to ensure project objectives are met.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
Lead contractor meetings, prepare meeting minutes, follow up on open items.
Oversee quality control measures and conduct regular site inspections.
Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in construction management, with a focus on educational facilities.
Proven track record of successfully managing school construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
