Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, managing service requests, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction with our portable toilet services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Address customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding service availability, product features, pricing, and other related concerns.
- Order Management: Process service requests and orders, including scheduling deliveries and pickups of portable toilets.
- Problem Resolution: Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Information Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and service requests in our CRM system.
- Coordination: Collaborate with field staff and other departments to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our portable toilet products and services to effectively assist customers and provide accurate information.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and report trends or recurring issues to management for continuous improvement.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the service or rental industry. Experience with portable toilets is a plus.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attributes: Patient, highly detail-oriented with data accuracy, and able to handle high-pressure situations with a positive attitude.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.
8hrs of work between 7am to 6pm Monday to Friday.
