Job Description

Title: Field Marketing Specialist/Event Coordinator

Location: Remote

Compensation: $30 per hour on W2

Duration: 12 months

The North America Field Marketing team is seeking an individual to support event planning and event content development for upcoming hosted events. In this role, you will be expected to plan and facilitate in-person and virtual experiences for customers and partners. Your responsibilities will include recommending best practice event content and agenda flow by examining business plans and priorities, sales opportunities, industry trends, and customer needs. As a member of this team, you will execute a complex event plan according to engagement type, program, and delivery mode. In addition, you will develop engagement agendas, align and prepare resources and event stakeholders. You will be responsible for producing event content and programming in partnership with internal teams and oversee supporting event materials and logistic needs. You will analyze client feedback data and recommend improvements to internal constituents as well as collaborate across teams for effective execution of technology, marketing, and customer alignment programs.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, Hospitality, Communications, or Marketing
At least 1 year of general business, healthcare, or other information technology-related work experience

Preferred Skills:

At least 5 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education including:
At least 1 year of customer service, hospitality, event planning, project/program management, client relationship management, and/or other client-facing work experience
At least 4 years of additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education
