Peoplelink Staffing has partnered with one of the world’s leading global logistics providers – supporting industry and trade in the global exchange of goods through land transport, worldwide air and ocean freight, contract logistics and supply chain management. We are currently hiring a Quality Assurance Tech for their new location in New Berlin, WI.

The Quality Assurance Tech is responsible for inspecting OEM products and purchased parts using various tools to ensure compliance with specifications. Supports quality assurance through testing, troubleshooting, and collaboration, while also assisting with inventory, planning, and departmental goals.

Quality Assurance Tech Job Summary:

• 2nd shift
• Monday – Friday
• 3:00pm – 11:30pm
• Overtime may be required as needed
• Temp to hire

Quality Assurance Tech Duties:

• Inspects and tests OEM and purchases parts in accordance with established standards
• Determines methods and sequences regarding the inspection process
• Performs visual/dimensional/mechanical inspection utilizing precision measuring devices
• Analyzes and prepares inventory analysis, graphs, and reports on quality inventory locations
• Administers daily and monthly cycle count activities
• Must follow all state, local, and federal laws and regulations, as well as embrace core values and initiatives

Quality Assurance Tech Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Solid Customer Service Support skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• High school diploma or GED required
• 2 year technical degree or certifications preferred
• Prefer 3-5 years of related experience
• Advanced knowledge in Quality Control/Quality Assurance/Inspection
• Solid working knowledge in Technical Documentation, Basic Mathematics/Calculations, and Electronic/Mechanical Measurement
• Proficient level of SAP or general ERP systems experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
