Join Our Fast-Growing Wine Logistics Team
Sidekick Delivery is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a key role for someone who thrives in fast-paced logistics and delivery environments and is passionate about providing exceptional customer support.
If you're a natural communicator with strong organizational skills, a team mindset, and a drive to resolve problems efficiently, we want to hear from you. This role is central to ensuring our clients get timely and accurate delivery services, and that our internal operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely customer service and support via phone, email, and internal communication tools
- Troubleshoot and resolve delivery issues, track orders, and update shipment statuses
- Coordinate between dispatch teams, drivers, and warehouse operations to ensure delivery accuracy
- Manage inventory and delivery systems to maintain accurate customer data
- Send daily and weekly status reports and delivery updates to customers and account managers
- Use internal platforms to communicate with relevant departments and escalate issues appropriately
- Assist the COO and Senior Customer Service Manager with administrative tasks and special projects
- Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and retention by maintaining a professional and empathetic approach
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system
- Update customers with real-time delivery ETAs and shipment information
- Represent the Sidekick brand with professionalism, a customer-first mindset, and a “can-do” attitude
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, logistics, or transportation support
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable handling high-volume phone and email communication
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in CRM tools, email platforms, and basic inventory systems
- Prior experience with delivery or shipping coordination a plus
- Patience, resilience, and a sense of urgency when needed
