CARPENTER - PUNCH OUT

Craftsmen Contractors is looking to hire Punch Out - FINISH / DRY WALL Carpenters for the St Pete Area.

MUST HAVE OSHA 10 CARD (or must get it before starting)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist the Superintendent with closing out projects, warranty work and developing small work projects.
• Effectively schedule and complete work in a timely manner.
• Facilitate and help complete projects on new construction and also perform any warranty and service calls necessary.
• Facilitate completion of projects by joining the team towards the end of the project schedule.
• Help with final punch out including, but not limited to, hardware install, accessories install;, spackling or paint touch ups, straightening and organizing, filling nail holes, grout or caulk touch up and drywall.

Requirements:

• Must have extensive skill and experience and be able to manage and effectively complete various small projects in a timely manner.
• Must report to the Superintendent and be responsible for managing any Punch Out Technicians on the team if necessary.
• Must have basic hand tools, ALL PPE (Hard Hat, Boots, Jeans, Safety vest or shirt, Safety Glasses, Gloves) and reliable transportation to get back and fourth to work.
• Must have at least 1 years of Punch Out experience.
