Job Details

We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative to work Monday through Wednesday in office. (No remote work.) A customer service personal insurance representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

Skills:

Two years minimum proven customer support experience in the property and casualty insurance industry. Must have a current Minnesota  property and casualty insurance license.

• Knowledge of AMS360 preferred
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour

8 hour shift

MN Property and Casualty Insurance License (Required)
