At PCGH, we provide compassionate care and support to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD) and traumatic brain injuries (TBI) in Roxboro, NC. Our mission is to Enhance Lives while Promoting Independence.

Full-Time Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Evenings / 2nd Shift
Schedule: 2nd Shift (Typically 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, depending on program)
Starting Pay: $12.00+ per hour, depending on placement
Rotating weekends required for most positions
Must be legally eligible to drive in North Carolina

We’re hiring reliable, compassionate caregivers to support adults in one of our group homes during evening hours. As a DSP, you’ll help individuals with personal care, daily routines, and engaging activities that promote independence and dignity at the end of their day.

What You’ll Do:

• Support evening routines and assist with personal care needs
• Encourage participation in household tasks and end-of-day activities
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Help ensure a clean, safe, and supportive environment
• Work collaboratively with your team and clinical staff

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Caregiving experience preferred (but not required—we provide training)
• Legal ability to drive in North Carolina
• Strong communication skills and a team-first approach
• Flexibility to work 2nd shift (2-4 nights/week) with rotating weekends as needed
