Neighborhood Title Loans, LLC is seeking career-minded individuals to join our team. This role involves engaging directly with customers, processing loans, handling collections, and delivering outstanding service throughout the entire loan cycle.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing loan applications and approvals

• Building and maintaining customer relationships

• Contacting customers for collection of past-due loans

• Handling cash and general office tasks

• Providing full-cycle customer service

Ideal candidates will have:

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Cash handling or collections experience (preferred)

• Dependability and self-motivation

• Time management skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

• Experience in banking, retail, or rent-to-own is a plus

Work Schedule:
Monday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: Half-day
Sunday: Closed
