We’ve launched The Oslo, a beautiful and unique new high-end residential community, and we’re looking for a motivated, experienced Senior Property Manager to lead the charge. We’re seeking a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset—someone who thrives on growing a community from the ground up, takes initiative, and brings fresh ideas to the table. You will be refreshingly freed of bureaucracy and given the opportunity to broaden your skill set and implement your strategies. You will be responsible for leasing up the building and achieving operational excellence, with strong resources from both management company and ownership to support you.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead completion of our lease-up and all aspects of daily operations at our vibrant community.
• Drive performance—maximize occupancy and income.
• Develop and execute creative marketing strategies to attract future residents.
• Deliver five-star customer service that keeps residents happy and engaged.
• Manage building, budget, vendors and maintenance personnel.

What You’ll Bring:

• 3+ years of proven property management experience, ideally in the Reno market.
• A strong foundation in marketing and lease-up strategies.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Top-tier customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Impeccable organization and time management—you thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• An eye for detail, a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $65,000 - $85,000 depending upon experience and performance
• Full benefits package: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, EAP
• PTO + Floating Holiday
