Job Details

The Park Lane Condominium is looking to hire an evening part time garage / parking attendant. Candidate would be responsible for the following duties:

• Park an average of up to 30 vehicles a shift.
• Perform simple exterior and interior vehicle detailing
• Provide courteous and timely service to resident owners and their guests assisting with the carrying of packages and/or bags.
• Perform routine rounds of the premises to ensure a safe, secure and clean environment.

The applicant should possess the following:

• Good customer service skills a must.
• Self-motivating and able to multitask
• The ability to work unsupervised
• Detail Minded
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• Must have a valid and clean driver's license
