Job Type: Full-time; 2nd Shift (Monday-Thursday)
Hours: 3:00pm-1:30am or 3:30pm-2:00am (depending on the department)

Job Overview:

As a General Laborer, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring the smooth running of various departments. Your role will include:

• Cross-Training: You will be trained on multiple functions across the department, contributing to the overall success of Weller Metalworks.
• Dynamic Work Environment: You'll be moving, bending, and reaching in a quick-paced setting, requiring you to switch gears and think on your feet.

Required Qualifications:

• Language Skills: Ability to read and write English. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus!
• Experience: Previous general labor experience is beneficial.
• Adaptability: Must be able to think on your feet and adapt to a changing environment.
• Skillset: Eager to bring your skills into an advanced manufacturing facility. Familiarity with hand tools like grinders, sanders, and drills is a plus.
• Physical Ability: Must be able to lift 35 pounds and stand for the duration of a work shift. Ability to reach, turn, twist, and walk.
• Forklift Experience: A plus but not mandatory.
• Computer Skills: Light computer work for entering jobs.
