What You’ll Do:

• Completing accurate project bids based on plans and specifications
• Tracking & documenting bids thru the entire sales process
• Assembling submittal packages
• Communicating with customers, sales force & company personnel
• Providing customer assistance
• Providing equipment selection assistance
• Staying current with products and industry trends
• Interacting with vendors and manufacturers

To be successful, this position requires an individual with technical understanding of heating and plumbing (field experience desired) and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required for Success:

• Minimum 5 years Plumbing or HVAC industry experience
• 2 years plan/spec or estimating experience
• Experience with order management software
• Ability to read mechanical plans and specifications
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Familiarity with the competitive bid process a plus
