Job Summary:

We are seeking highly motivated and talented individuals to join our team as Roofing Sales Representatives. As a representative, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and closing sales for our roofing services. Responsibilities:

- Generate leads and identify potential customers through various channels, including door knocking, cold calling, networking, follow up and referrals

- Conduct thorough assessments of customers' roofing needs and provide accurate and detailed estimates/ inspections

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business

- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and techniques

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities

- Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and events to promote our services and expand your network

- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's overall growth

- Attend company set appointments

Requirements:

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a focus on achieving results

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment

- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
