DMV Restorations, Inc. is a multi-family leader and a Class A General Contractor specializing in remodeling and restoration services within the Commercial and Residential sectors. We are seeking an upstanding, enthusiastic, and experienced Capital Improvement Project Manager who can become a part of and grow within our company. This successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating large-scale CapEx projects, such as infrastructure improvements, building renovations, and other significant investments in the multi-family/residential housing sector. This position will serve as the point person for these projects and steer it forward. Building and maintaining relationships with our clients is a must!
Job Responsibilities:
- Developing project plans, outlining objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, resource requirements, and budgets;
- Leading project teams and ensuring all stakeholders are aligned;
- Identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies;
- Handling capital budgets;
- Overseeing and ensuring projects adhere to regulatory requirements and quality standards;
- Monitor project progress, identify deviations from the plan, and implement corrective actions as needed;
- Facilitate regular meetings with project teams to review milestones, address issues, and drive progress;
- Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate outcomes, identify lessons learned, and make recommendations for process improvements;
- Prepare and present reports on project performance, including budget variance analysis, schedule adherence, and resource utilization.
Qualifications:
- Candidate has conducted measured projects of this nature with a minimum of 5 years of experience;
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop detailed project plans, manage budgets, and mitigate risks;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels;
- Proficiency in project management tools and software applications;
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and best practices in capital improvements project management;
- Leadership abilities, including the capacity to inspire and motivate project teams to achieve shared goals;
- Ability to manage deadlines, progress, and quality on multiple projects simultaneously;
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is desirable but not required.
Technical Skills:
- Prior CRM software experience is preferred;
***This position requires as needed, on-call/standby duty.
Base pay: $60,000 - $80,000
***Base salary is commensurate with current certifications held and field-related work experience.
***Total compensation package is based on salary plus commissions (no cap) earned.
