Job Description

RemX is hiring for a Call Center Team Lead for a client in Knoxville, TN.

This is a Direct Hire Opportunity

$22/hr

Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

Job Summary

Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Lead to oversee approximately 18 Customer Service Agents. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for innovation, and the ability to drive team success.

Key Responsibilities

Guide and mentor a team of CSAs to meet project goals and KPIs.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Serve as the primary liaison between team members and senior management.
Identify inefficiencies and implement process enhancements to improve productivity and service quality.
Support onboarding and ongoing training initiatives.
Foster a culture of learning and professional growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Previous experience as a Team Lead/Supervisor
CRM experience
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
Bachelor’s degree preferred
