Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple municipal land development projects simultaneously from concept through construction
• Oversee and contribute to the design of civil infrastructure including:
  • Site planning
  • Grading
  • Drainage
  • Utilities
  • Permitting and agency coordination
• Interface with city staff, clients, consultants, and internal team members
• Supervise and mentor junior engineers and designers
• Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within budget, and meet all quality standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
• Active Texas PE license (required)
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in civil engineering with a focus on municipal land development projects
• Proven experience with permitting, public infrastructure design, and coordination with municipal agencies in Texas
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Strong technical skills in Civil 3D or similar CAD/design software
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
