Job Description

Mobile Care Medical Providers provides primary care services in the comforts of the patient's home. Our practice does not see any patients in-house. All patients are seen in their place of residence. This includes but is not limited to ALFs, ILFs, B&C, SNFs, and private homes.

Our RN's are responsible for the care of our patients. We service the geriatric community throughout the entire county. Our RN's take vitals, follow overseeing provider written orders, and report visit findings to the overseeing provider for further evaluation.

Mobile Care Medical Providers is a locally owned group practice that sees patients in their homes or dwellings. We help bring the care they need to them and remove the burden of transportation and stuffy waiting rooms. Our business model helps provide care to those who would otherwise not be able to be seen by a regular provider.
