WE ARE URGENTLY SEEKING PASSIONATE AND CARING Part Time and Full Time Direct Care Workers to work with youth, ages 7 to 17, in our 24 hr. Residential Treatment Center. This position requires passion, flexibility, structure, and TLC.​

Must pass a background check with a clear background and urine drug screen. Will require professional references.

MUST have experience with youth in care

Sign on Bonus after 90 days

Essential Functions:

• Monitoring and Supervision at all times.
• Provide basic needs to youth upon arrival to the program (to include but not limited to: meal, clothing, hygiene products, shower and bedroom assignment).
• Develop positive rapport with youth while serving as a role model to create a safe and caring environment.
• Must exhibit a strong presence at all times, being firm but fair.
• Must ensure all forms and progress notes (efforts) are properly completed to ensure compliance with state and federal requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

• All Shifts 7a-7p, 5a-9a, 3p-11p, 4p-12a, 12a-8a, 11p-7a, 7p-7a
• Rotating weekends
• Weekends as needed
• Holiday pay for our approved Holidays
• OT as needed by program needs. 

Experience:

• Residential treatment or Psychiatric Health: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

• Valid Driver's License (Required)
