About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Property Manager, who is highly self-motivated, to join our diverse team at Menashe Properties, Inc. in Portland, Oregon. As a Commercial Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of your own portfolio of commercial office, retail, or warehouse properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and profitable. You will work closely with clients, vendors, and contractors to keep all aspects of the properties running smoothly. Your ultimate goal will be to maximize the value of our properties and ensure they meet the needs of our tenants and stakeholders.

Skills:

• Understands commercial lease language and importance of following lease requirements.
• Ability to provide efficient, timely, dependable, and courteous service to customers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, enhanced by natural people/soft skills.
• Conducts advanced financial analysis of property repairs, ongoing maintenance requirements and pro-forma monthly and annual outlook.
• Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents and problem solving.
• Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills.
• Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial property management
• Strong knowledge of property management software and financial analysis tools
• Yardi Voyager experience is a plus.
• Understanding of Real Estate accounting, budgeting, and reconciliations
• Excellent communication and people skills

Position & Hours:

• Pay Range: $70k – $95K (DOE)
• Salaried, Exempt, Full-time, In-office, Monday - Friday, 7:30 am – 4:30 pm (or similar schedule),
• On-call availability for after-hours for property emergencies
• Local travel to properties in assigned portfolio as needed with mileage reimbursement at GSA rates.

• Eligible to participate in 401K with employer match on first of month following 90 days of employment.
• Must live in Oregon or Washington for payroll purposes.

Location of Assigned Properties: Portland Metro Area
