Gardner/Fox Associates, a leading design-build firm, is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our collaborative team in Bryn Mawr, PA. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing creative marketing initiatives with design project coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Campaigns: Lead the planning and execution of cohesive marketing campaigns across digital and print channels.
- Social Media Marketing: Strategically manage and grow the company’s presence on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Houzz to boost engagement and brand visibility.
- Website Management: Maintain and optimize the company website, implementing SEO strategies and consistently updating content to showcase current projects.
- Email Marketing: Design and deploy targeted email campaigns to a substantial subscriber base, leveraging analytics for performance improvements. Send monthly internal emails to employees.
- Media Relations & Advertising: Build and maintain relationships with regional publications to secure editorial features and manage advertising opportunities.
- Photography & Content Creation: Manage all project photoshoots by capturing high-quality imagery to support marketing efforts. Experience in using a DSLR camera is needed.
- Graphic Design: Create compelling marketing materials using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Lightroom, and Canva.
- Community & Marketing Events: Coordinate and attend Gardner/Fox-sponsored events, enhancing community presence and brand awareness.
- Showroom Event Planning: Organize and host quarterly showroom events aimed at driving brand awareness and boosting sales.
- Team Engagement & Internal Communications: Plan and execute monthly company-wide events, including luncheons, happy hours, and annual outings to foster team building. Manage the internal monthly newsletter to keep employees informed about upcoming events, new projects, and company updates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing, or a related field
- Proficient in the key social media platforms, Houzz, and email marketing tools such as HubSpot
- Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and website management (experience with WP Engine a plus)
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, InDesign) and Canva
- Excellent eye for design and composition; photography experiences a strong plus
- Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
