What You’ll Do

• Maintain and repair equipment like palletizers, box makers, and extrusion lines.

• Troubleshoot breakdowns using PLC alerts and complete timely, effective repairs.

• Contribute to evolving preventative maintenance processes.

• Use CMMS to manage work orders and document completed tasks.

• Keep your workspace safe, clean, and well-organized.

• Team up with coworkers to resolve equipment issues and keep production on track.

What You Bring

• 5–10 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Strong electrical knowledge and hands-on mechanical skills.

• Experience with PLCs (ladder logic) and CMMS software is a plus.

• Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable in a high-paced, loud setting.

• A team-first mindset and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
