Salary Range: Based on experience

As a Procurement and Sourcing Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the production of OxeFit’s advanced strength training systems by managing product BOMs, sourcing components, overseeing purchasing plans, and coordinating with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient procurement.

Essential Functions:

● Manage and maintain product items and bills of materials (BOMs)

● Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to ensure favorable procurement agreements

● Source high-quality parts and prototypes while supporting change management and

phase-in/phase-out processes

● Maintain strong vendor relationships and monitor supplier performance

● Ensure accurate and timely inventory and purchasing schedules

● Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Production, and Quality.

● Manage vendors and suppliers to ensure lead time accuracy and part availability

● Continuously seek cost-saving opportunities and process improvements

● Generate, track, and manage purchase orders

Education and Experience:

● Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field preferred

● 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain coordination

● Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

● Solid project management and organizational abilities

● Familiarity with MRP systems and inventory planning logic

● Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint

● Mandarin/Chinese language skills required (for overseas vendor communication)
