WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Lead a team of confident, attractive bartenders and servers in a lively, adult-friendly atmosphere

Manage day-to-day operations, inventory, scheduling, and guest experience

Plan and execute weekly events like Theme Days, Watch Parties, Holidays & Community events

Work with DJs, influencers, and promoters to drive traffic and boost revenue

Be the face of the brand - on the floor, not just behind a desk

Enforce high standards in service, appearance, safety, and vibe

WHO YOU ARE:

Bilingual (English/Spanish) required

3+ years in bar, nightclub, or high-volume restaurant management

Technology and Sports savvy

Charismatic leader with a strong presence—guests and staff respect you

Fluent in West Texas culture, music, and hospitality vibes

Sharp under pressure and organized behind the scenes

Creative, promotional, and not afraid to get loud on event night
