Job Details

PrideStaff works with various companies throughout Palm Beach County to assist with recruitment for customer service/call center opportunities. The locations vary from Boca Raton to Jupiter, and typically, schedules are day shifts during the work week. Pay rates vary, but are typically between $16/hr. to $20/hr.

Duties for customer service roles include:

• Answering a volume of phone calls and/or making a volume of calls (in and outbound phone communication)
• Processing orders, credits and/or returns
• Preparing written correspondence
• Fulfilling customers' needs
• Interacting with vendors/clients
• Ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
• Tracking orders and shipments of purchase orders

Qualifications:

• Excellent data entry
• Basic working knowledge of CRM systems and/or MS Office software (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Verifiable and stable employment history of at least 1 year of related experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
• Experience in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
