Position Overview

We’re looking for a self-driven Inside Sales & E-Commerce Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multi-task and wear different hats to get the job done. This role is designed for a versatile candidate who will support our traditional sales channels while spearheading innovative digital initiatives. If you are a person who enjoys talking to customers, growing sales, and getting creative with digital marketing and design, this could be a great fit. This position will have a base with commission opportunity to grow earnings potential.

Key Responsibilities

Inside Sales & Customer Management:

  • Handle inbound sales inquiries and build strong relationships with customers.
  • Keep existing customers happy with great service and follow-ups.
  • Reach out to potential clients to grow sales.

Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Management:

  • Manage and update product listings, pricing, and promotions on our online store.
  • Run and help create our email marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Ensure smooth order processing
  • Track online sales performance and look for ways to improve

Teamwork and Collaboration:

  • Work closely with our team to align online, marketing and sales efforts.
  • Share ideas on how we can improve and grow—your input matters!

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in inside sales, digital marketing, or e-commerce (or a mix of all three).
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-first attitude.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify), and email marketing tools.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and keep things organized.
  • Independence and initiative to drive sales without constant supervision.

Additional Preferred Skills

  • Experience in managing both wholesale and digital sales channels.
  • Basic Excel skills (for product uploads, pricing updates, and reporting).
  • Familiarity with tools like NetSuite, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Basic graphic design or HTML knowledge is a plus but not required.
