Outpatient Clinic Manager

Morgan Medical Center is recruiting for an Outpatient Clinic manager to manage & integrate structured processes that facilitate growth and sustainment of the physicians practice that includes general practitioner, NP, surgeon and women's health; while ensuring that the office runs smoothly, by training, developing, & evaluating office staff.

In conjunction with hospital leadership & practitioners, the candidate will manage the department with a focus on improving the business aspects of the healthcare operations and the quality of the healthcare provided to our local community. This position will report to the Director of Outpatient Clinics.

Responsibilities Include:

Practice Supervision & Accountability

Human Resources Functions

Overall Financial Management

Regulatory Compliance

Qualifications:

3 + Years Experience in a Medical Office

2 years minimum Supervisory Experience

Demonstrated knowledge of physician revenue cycle and physician practice operation

Ability to implement benchmarks and performance measures

Professional, Caring, Patient Focused Attitude

Excellent Communication Skills
