Job Description

A dynamic CPA firm in Southern California is seeking a Tax Manager to join their team. This company is based outside of Del Mar but the role is fully remote. In this role, you would be responsible for leading a team of Tax Accountants, ensuring accuracy in all tax preparation activities.

Location: Remote but must be located in CA

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the Lead point of contact for small to mid-size business clients
Perform final review of corporate tax returns, maintaining quality control and accuracy of deliverables
Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and trusted tax advisory services
Assist with tax planning and compliance strategies

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting
CPA or EA license preferred
6+ years of public accounting experience
Experience with leading a team
