Job Summary:

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Laborers to join our team for A LONG TERM COSNTRUCTION PROJECT!!!!!. The ideal candidate will assist with various tasks on construction sites, ensuring work areas are safe, clean, and productive. This role involves physical labor, operating hand and power tools, loading and unloading materials, and supporting skilled tradespeople.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of tasks involving physical labor at construction sites.

• Load, unload, and distribute materials and tools to the appropriate locations.

• Prepare and clean job sites by removing debris and hazardous materials.

• Operate and maintain basic hand and power tools.

• Assist craft workers, such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers.

• Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks efficiently and safely.

• Dig trenches, set up scaffolding, and assist in concrete placement and demolition work.

• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Previous construction or general labor experience preferred but not required.

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing for long periods.

• Familiarity with construction tools and equipment is a plus.

• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn.

• Ability to work well in a team environment.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.

• OSHA 10 Certified Preferred

Work Environment:

• Outdoor work in various weather conditions.

• Exposure to loud noises, dust, and hazardous materials (PPE provided).
