About the Role

One of the largest independent insurance brokers in the Mid-Atlantic region with large scale operations in Virginia has hiring needs on its client service teams. Here are a few important job specs as Commercial Insurance Account Manager:

Behind the scenes, daily service management on middle market and larger accounts in diverse groups

Schedule: The agency requires a hybrid work schedule

A Little Bit About the Daily Duties You Can Expect:

Support new and existing accounts (marketing, certificates, binders, billing, etc.)
Process policy changes: endorsements, audits, and re-marketing
Delegate to Tech Assistants (ordering MVRs, completing applications, requesting loss runs)
Monitor account quote; bind coverage
Answer daily service calls from insureds and insurance companies

Skills & Experience

Minimum three (3) more preferably 5-7+ years for senior level roles in commercial insurance agency experience in customer service & account management
Active state insurance license
Broad P&C coverage background
