Our ideal new team member has some or all of the skills below.

1. Customer Service or Helpdesk oriented experience with a problem-solving attitude
2. Management Experience
3. Able to execute work autonomously.
4. Excellent communication skills (Video Meetings, written, and in person)
5. Knowledge of the following workstation operating systems
   • Windows Workstation Operating system (10 and newer)
   • Mac OS (11 - Big Sur and newer)
6. Knowledge of the following networking concepts.
   • LAN / WLAN / WAN: Topologies, troubleshooting.
   • VPN
   • DNS (private and public)
7. Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft 365 services
8. Ability to work 80% from home.

Nice to haves:

- IT certifications, even if expired. E.G. CCNA, Microsoft ect.

- Experience with ticketing systems (Freshdesk ConnectWise Manage, SysAid, ect.)

- Past experience with a managed service provider (MSP).
