Job Listing: Office Administrator – Automotive Services (Full-Time)

Location: Nanuet, New York

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Administrator to manage daily operations for our automotive-focused business in Nanuet. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills and knowledge in the automotive field. You’ll play a key role in coordinating appointments, managing vehicle records, and supporting customer and vendor communications with billing/Invoicing

Responsibilities:

· Handle phone calls, emails, and front desk duties for a busy automotive office.

· Schedule customer appointments for vehicle pick ups

· Maintain accurate records of vehicle inventory, and billing.

· Process invoices, payments, and coordinate with accounting as needed.

· Order office and shop supplies, track shipments, and maintain organization.

· Support staff and technicians with clerical and logistical needs.

· Communicate with vendors, insurance providers, and DMV as required.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).

· 2+ years of office administration experience (automotive experience a plus).

· Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

· Comfortable using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, scheduling tools).

· Friendly and professional demeanor.

· Must clean driver license

Schedule & Compensation:

• Full-time: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
• Competitive hourly rate or salary, based on experience
