JOB DESCRIPTION
- Schedule Customer service jobs
- Confirm all technician reports are properly written
- Maintain the service schedule along side the manager
- Help manage customer calls
- Open service work orders and manage throughout the service process until closing of the workorder
- Manage all transportation requirements for customers equipment
- Customer follow-ups
- Make sure all technicians have tools required for the work
- Make purchases in the system of all service invoices
- Preparation off all reception and expedition documents
- Manage shop supplies
- Work in full coordination with service manager
SKILLS REQUIRE
- Computer knowledge, Word, Excel, Google
- Bilingual French / English written and spoken
- Good organization skills
- Self-motivated
EMPLOYMENT DETAILS
- Full time 40 hours a week at the office
- Salary according to experience 21.00$ to 28.00$ per hour
- Benefits after 3 months
