 BOOKKEEPER POSITION AVAILABLE FOR IMMEDIATE FILL

Bookkeeper must be accurate, efficient, and knowledgeable in working with debits, credits, the chart of accounts, accounts payable procedures, accounts receivable, sales, payroll, and other basic accounting practices. Previous bookkeeping experience is required, and proficiency with QuickBooks and Concur is a plus.

There is a requirement to be able to generate, understand, and utilize basic accounting information and reports. Duties include making corporate deposits for multiple businesses, including ACH payments, credit card payments, and checks; perform monthly billing; create invoices; works with both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable; maintain accurate ledger information for multiple businesses; reconcile bank statements; and create basic accounting reports.
