Viveleta LLC is a wellness and clinical research consulting startup focused on supporting immigrants and underserved communities in the U.S. We are currently seeking a Senior Clinical Oversight Director to supervise the training and professional development of our two STEM OPT participants.

This is a part-time, mission-driven opportunity ideal for professionals with experience in healthcare, research, or public health who are passionate about mentorship, flexible work, and equity in healthcare education. The role is low-hour but high-impact — providing oversight and credibility to help shape the growth of our startup and support regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide structured monthly oversight (virtual or in-person) of STEM OPT trainees

• Review and sign Form I-983 training plans and progress evaluations

• Offer professional mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback

• Ensure training goals align with science, health, or clinical research development

• Collaborate with founders to support training documentation required for compliance

Qualifications

Required:

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in healthcare, public health, clinical research, or medical education

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a related field (e.g. RN, MPH, PhD, MD, etc.)

• Familiarity with mentorship or staff training

• U.S. work authorization

• Strong communication skills and professionalism

Preferred:

• Experience working with international students or STEM OPT trainees

• Familiarity with regulatory compliance in healthcare or research

• Based in Iowa or able to participate in occasional in-person meetings (not required)
