Position Summary

The Document Controls Specialist will play a key role in supporting the Enterprise Development Division by maintaining and managing documentation across complex infrastructure and public sector projects. This position ensures that all project documentation is organized, accessible, and compliant with internal and external standards. The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, skilled in records management, and capable of supporting project teams and stakeholders with timely, accurate information.

Key Responsibilities

● Serve as the primary point of contact for all documentation related to Enterprise Development projects.

● Maintain document control systems, including logging, tracking, versioning, and archiving of files.

● Review and format outgoing documents to ensure consistency, clarity, and compliance with client or contract requirements.

● Support the preparation of deliverables, including compliance reports, proposals, outreach summaries, and meeting minutes.

● Coordinate with project managers and external partners to collect necessary documentation for audits, reporting, and stakeholder communications.

● Maintain a master file of executed contracts, addenda, NDAs, and task orders related to business development projects.

● Assist in developing templates, checklists, and standard operating procedures for document handling.
