Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, reliable, and motivated Landscape Crew Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on landscape experience and confidently operate trucks with trailers. This is a physically demanding, outdoor position that requires strength, endurance, and a strong work ethic.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with all aspects of landscaping, including planting, mulching, sod installation, stone/rock work, grading, and general landscape construction

• Operate and maintain small machinery and landscape tools (e.g., skid steers, trimmers, blowers, mowers, etc.)

• Pull and back up a truck and trailer safely and efficiently

• Load, unload, and transport tools, equipment, and materials to job sites

• Follow daily instructions from crew leaders and project managers

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Provide excellent customer service when on-site

Requirements:

✅ Minimum 1 year of landscape experience
✅ Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
✅ Must be able to pull and back a trailer confidently
✅ Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly
✅ Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, rain, cold)
✅ Strong attention to detail and a team-first attitude
✅ Must be dependable, punctual, and able to follow directions

Working Conditions:

• Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule with occasional weekend work as needed

• Long hours outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Physical, hands-on labor with frequent lifting, bending, and walking
