We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Hardscaping/Landscaping Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately estimating project costs for residential and commercial landscaping and hardscaping jobs. This role is critical to ensuring project profitability and customer satisfaction through detailed take-offs, cost analysis, and proposal development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze project plans, specifications, and site conditions to determine scope and required materials, labor, and equipment.

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates and bids for landscaping and hardscaping projects, including patios, retaining walls, pavers, irrigation, planting, grading, drainage, and more.

• Perform on-site measurements and inspections as needed to verify project requirements.

• Source and obtain material and subcontractor quotes, ensuring competitive pricing and availability.

• Develop and present proposals, including itemized estimates, timelines, and scope of work.

• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and field teams to clarify project scope and ensure accuracy of estimates.

• Maintain and update historical cost data and vendor pricing for future reference.

• Review and interpret landscape designs and construction drawings.

• Assist in value engineering to optimize cost-effective solutions for clients.

• Track bid status, follow up with clients, and adjust estimates as needed.
