We are hiring a Capital Projects Analyst to join the team at American Process Management (APM). APM bring real-time analytics to capital projects ranging from $100 million to over $4 billion in total cost.

Job Responsibilities

• Interface with project team, contractors, and vendors to ensure cohesive understand of project status and total scope
• Provide project and management teams insight into contractor KPIs
• Analyze contractor reports, schedule, and financials for trends to validate future projections
• Assist with analysis of progress, scope changes, schedule, invoicing, and risks
• Utilize internal processes to track and report on project productivity rates
• Proactively work with cost analyst and scheduling team to ensure upcoming/remaining scope is properly estimated and accounted for in schedule/cost forecasts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve consistency, accuracy and integrity of metrics.

Desired Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, or Construction Management preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to adapt to evolving environments and handle multiple priorities
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills
• Possess high professional standards, approach, and demeanor
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
