We are seeking a skilled and motivated professional to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing financials for our diverse client base. Are you well organized and comfortable dealing with all bookkeeping functions? Do you have a current, high level of expertise with Quickbooks Desktop and Quickbooks Online? Responsibilities

• Enter detailed accounting transactions into Quickbooks Desktop and Quickbooks Online.

• Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements and loan statements.

• Produce accurate P & L and Balance Sheet for a wide variety of clients.

Qualifications

• Prefer Associates or Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field

• 5+ years of experience in related field

.• Excellent interpersonal skills t communicate with a multitude of clients.

• High level of expertise in most current versions of Quickbooks Desktop, Quickbooks Online, and Microsoft Excel.

• Strong organizational and analytical skills

• Detail oriented

• Proficient with a Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Statement

• GAAP: 5 years (Preferred) Expected hours: 20-30 per week.

Flexible scheduling Initial hourly rate: $25 – 30, depending on knowledge, skills, and prior experience
